Yesterday I stupidly did a 30-minute phone call out in the cold (around 0 °C or 32 °F). My cap covered my right ear, but my left was covered only by the phone. The left ear definitely didn't like it, I had this uncomfortable feeling in the ear canal all day yesterday, and today I had some pain in it for a while.
I'm afraid it might be getting inflamed.
Is there anything I can do to prevent the inflammation?
If it does get inflamed, which carries less risk of worsening T - going to the doctor right away to get antibiotics, or the opposite, staying put and waiting for it to heal on its own without antibiotics?
