Being Driven Crazy

this loud rumbling noise is happening all the time now, shut my eyes, yawn, move my head, hearing this noise every few seconds, what can i do to ?

uhh..yeah.. you can't really do anything. Thats the point of this forum, to get our frustration out towards tinnitus.

Is your tinnitus constant? and how did you get it in the first place?

Are you saying that you hear this rumbling because you shut your eyes or move your head? What doctors have you been to? Have you had your hearing tested?
