      Location:
      Tucson, AZ
      Tinnitus Since:
      2012
      Cause of Tinnitus:
I believe it was meds and stress
I finally realized my calcium intake was virtually nil for years.
No milk, cheese or the myriad of weird foods that contain calcium.
I was getting tingling in my feet, hands and lips. They thought I was pre-diabetis.
The blood test was fine. So I bought a calcium, magnesium zinc supplement.
It relaxes you. Lack of calcium cant help tinnitus as well.
Will see how I feel in a couple of weeks. Oh yea lack of calcium pumps up the depression.
You gotta have it, but not too much as the kidneys will over exert.
