Hi all,
I have a question regarding balance of Calcium and Magnesium.
15 years ago I almost stopped eating dairy products, replaced them with soja or rice products, and I realize that I didn't consume enough calcium for years, also when I recently did a vit D test I discovered way too low levels, so I've been doing some calculators online to see if my calcium levels are actually ok. I do consume some dairy products again now, but not easy to understand, seems I need 1000mg each day, which I'm not having right now.
May there be a link between tinnitus and bad balance of Calcium / Magnesium / Zinc or other trace minerals?
I'd like to take more calcium (I already take some magnesium from time to time but for some reason the magnesium while relaxing give me bad sleep apneas at night), but am also worried if this can make my tinnitus worse, what would you suggest?
thanks!
