Noise Exposure (Headphones)
In the interest of being persistent, I am trying to find out what's influencing my current reactive tinnitus spike (previously habituated/no reactivity) and hyperacusis spike. (Previously no pain, headaches, tinny voice in a long, long while.)

So, can hyperacusis spikes occur from non-sound related issues like anxiety or is it strictly created from noise?

I do but it is mostly gone now. And my H has only gotten worse, worse now than at T onset.

Well my T actually startet with a cold. And like i've read here, a lot of people get a spike during a cold, so maybe thats because your H is worse? Maybe your ET are still full?
