Does anyone here have this issue? My dentist says I don't have TMJ, but I'm a teeth clencher and have to wear a night guard. He says it's the 7th nerve and the sensation is Sonomic in nature. (transfer through bone) Everytime I chew, swallow or push on the lower jaw, I can increase the sound of T 50%! So, I really have to eat mostly softer foods which sucks, especially when you want a brick oven, fired pizza!

Yup, me too , also when I walk briskly or jog I can hear a click in my jaw on the left side (bad T side).
Feels like it should be a clue about something ...but what ?
