      Hello,
I am 2 months into T. Perhaps I will intoduce myself more later.
My question for the group is: Does anyone else experience an improvement after crying? At first I thought it was a coincidence, but I think it is a pattern- and bigger crying gives me more minutes of relief.
      Not a long term solution...

Crying is a way to release stress from the body. When the nerve is overload, whether from fear, anxiety, trauma or grief, even a surprise moment of joy, the body will go through crying to relieve the overload to the nerve. Tinnitus is something known to get worse with stress buildup. So it is understandable that crying will help release stress, which then will reduce the loudness of T.

Welcome. Hopefully, it will all go away soon for you, as you are not long in.
If crying had helped my t, I would be t free these last few months with all the crying I've done :)

Never knew that Billie ,last time I cried think was when my brother died some years ago ,never cried in the past 9 years since this big time stuff started off ,even with the stress I've been under with cancer scares 3 times in past 3/4 years .Maybe I should let all my stress in this way .
Maybe we all should instead of bottling up stress ,I know lots of us do .Life hey it sucks as someone on site recently said ,never a truer word ever spoken .

I can't even cry. Not trying to be macho, but I haven't had the ability to cry for years.
