I'm new to the forum and it helped my quite a lot so far. I'm 21 years old and have had a mild tinnitus for a few years. I've been playing drums for about 12 years and guitar for about five. Therefore it's no secret, where the ringing is coming from. I used to think earplugs aren't cool but in the last years I've come to realise, that it's the most important thing as a musician. Today, I never leave home without ear plugs and even got a pair of custom made Elacin plugs, with a 25 db filter, which are the best investment I've ever made.
