I have ear ringing primarily on my left ear, but it gets switched to the other ear, depending on which side I sleep. If I sleep on left side, after I wake up, I notice it on my right ear and vice versa.

Anyone going through the same situation? Is there any clue based on this observation?

Could it be because of inner fluid imbalance? What can be done?

      Thanks,
      Rita

Hi @rita, welcome to Tinnitus Talk.

Try an extra pillow help your eustachian tubes drain at night.

Also read up on temporomandibular jaw problems, clenched teeth, teeth grinding etc at night puttering pressure on your jaw joint spiking tinnitus.

      love Glynis
