Everytime I Turn My Head Fast (Pain)

Hi everyone whenever I turn my head fast without thinking like for example grabbing my phone when it rings I get severe upper back pain.

Is this TMJ related ?

Don't think it's TMJ related.
If it keeps happening then your doctor might refur you for physio to help you....lots of love glynis
