Getting a Cold and Tinnitus

Hey guys just today I found my T has been fluctuating in my right ear on and off and I have pain in the right side of my neck when I swallow do you think this will be temporary ? Maybe just getting a cold ? Not gonna lie I am pretty scared and could do with some advice or anyone else's experienced thanks josh
