Glad to know you're doing well, @Jeff M.. This condition can be difficult, yet time keeps moving forward. I recently reached my 5-year mark, and needless to say, it's been quite a ride.

If I may ask, how have your tinnitus levels been over the years? Have they remained mostly stable? This isn't for comparison, just simple curiosity.
