In the USA it is the 4th of July--but celebrated on the 3rd this year. Something about holidays that fall on Saturday being celebrated on Friday. Personally, I think that the 4th of July--Independence Day-- should be celebrated on the 4th--but what do I know.
My spouse had to work so I was around all day by myself. He forgot about my T (I don't talk about it much as it serves no purpose) and asked me to the fireworks tonight. When I told him it probably wasn't a good idea but he should go if he wanted to, he decided not to go. My point? I could've gone with ear plugs but what would be the point of that? Anyway, I feel guilty that he's missed two year's fireworks. We used to go out on a boat to see them in New York City.
Anyway, I digress. What I want to say is that this is a wonderful community. I haven't spent a whole day here since I started feeling better and I'm glad that I did today. I can see that those of us who feel better should be here--not all the time because then we think of our tinnitus more--but some of the time because it shows newbies better than anything that there is life with tinnitus. It can be done. So I'm going to drop by more often because when I needed desperate help, it was here for me.
