Please tell me the ear fullness goes away or that THAT is super easy to "habituate" to?

@Marie79 I get it a lot and it always resolves itself eventually. I work on the 62nd floor of a downtown building - the top floor of the tallest building in the city - and sometimes get the fullness after going down to the lobby too.

To me it goes on and off I could have 3 days without the fullness and then all of a sudden it comes back , just like this morning, I got up with a mid range tinnitus, went for a walk on a very warm morning, came home had a bruschetta and some cantaloupe and now my T has spiked with sense of light headness and the buzzing feels all around my head not just in ears, so what triggerd it? The walk, the bruschetta or the cantaloupe or there are NO triggers it just goes off whenever it wants to?????????

Sounds like mine! I have no idea what causes the fullness, but suspect it's the Eustachian tube swelling for some reason -- hormones, weather, muscle tension nearby??? I do not know, but the fullness is almost as bad as the tinnitus. Right now I fullness and tinnitus.
