      Greetings folks.

I love Art. I'm highly stressed. Just need some shoulders and yes I have tinnitus. It's annoying and some days... hardly noticeable. I noticed when I'm super strung out on stress, it's worse. I don't know how to manage my stress.

Thanks. Prayers to all. Luv, D

Welcome to the forum. It is highly personal what can reduce stress for an individual. Sometimes people find relief from stress by having relaxing exercises such as leisure walk, jog, going out door, hiking, travel, singing or pursuing interesting hobbies. Others may find relief from just relaxing with reading a book and enjoying a cup of tea or other favorite drinks. Many people also find solace from stress by meditation, such as mindfulness meditation. If the stress are from having too much work load or responsibilities, then finding ways to unload some of that will help. Having some stress reducing supplements will help too, like Chamomile tea, Lemon Balm, Valerian, Hops, Catnips, Passion Flower, Lavender, Kava, etc. Taking a hot bath or going to jacuzzi works wonder for me. Make sure you have enough sleep too in the process. Take good care. God bless.
