Cause of Tinnitus
Acoustic trauma (go-kart racing)
I was at a restaurant that played loud music, now it has been over a week and I still have the spike. I am 80% sure this is a permanent increase in my tinnitus. :(

Has anyone here got a permanent spike?

Mine has increased, but from a helicopter passing 25 meters above my head. Most spikes from things like loud restaurants, music and speakers go away most of the time :) I think you should be totally okay.

Yes I do,

I've had very mild Tinnitus since I can remember.

But 4 years ago, I don't know if was loud sound, ototoxic medicine I used that causes T, or purely anxiety and stress, but my T became 5x maybe more. Now is moderate, and sometimes more than that.

But it is ok, as Always, the feelings againts it was the worst part. Once i got peace of mind, everything settled, T is not my biggest concern at the moment.

Keep strong,

You're fine. Your problem is anxiety and obsession.
How long will this last? My right ear that was closer to the speaker is ringing really loud since yesterday. Yesterday I had a went to an ENT (I had booked [reserved? don't know the right verb] this time along time ago) and had my second hearing test done. It looked like the same that my last test. So I did not get a hearing loss from this restaurant :)
