My anxiety is very bad at the moment with tinnitus and I wear a lot of pull over jumpers and I thought the fact that my jumpers are rubbing off my ears so much could it make it worse ?

      I don't think it's your jumpers.
Try when your on your back,
Put a hand on your chest and one on your stomach.
Breath in slow to the count of three and feel your stomach rise.
Breath out to the count of three slowly and repeat it till you have calmed down and your anxiety as decreased....lots of love glynis

@Cillian . Hi . Anxiety is awful I know how you are feeling. You can try what Glynis said that's a good technique and it works also try relaxing with sounds such as nature and SPA music to reduce your stress and anxiety. If you google nature sounds there's plenty to choose from. Best wishes.
