At my T onset, I was at my GP and was full of anxiety and panic.
They had to calm me down and gave me an infusion/intravenous drip (sorry if my English is not correct here) with some benzo stuff in it. I guess it was lorazepam, diazepam, valium. Something like this. It calmed me down completely and my T went down massively (could only hear slightly in one ear).

      Hey Lisa,

      Hope you are well.

I used to get these same sensations. Also in my arms, sometimes on my face too. DON'T google the problems. This made my anxiety fly and made everything worse. In the end it seems to have gone away. I put it down to stress/anxiety. I had an MRI to rule out anything serious.

Also, my foot used to get tingling and twitch a lot, again down to stress and anxiety I think.

It's amazing how many symptoms anxiety can cause.

Lisa, I, too, am extremely obsessed and anxious over health issues (started happening within the last two years). And I am very worried about MS as well. I just started having tingling and prickling sensations about a week and a half ago. Went to my dr who said "have you considered MS?" So, to me, that meant I have it! I am being sent to a neurologist in a few weeks. I am terribly anxious over this and constantly imagine myself debilitated and miserable with this disease that I'm not sure I even have. I google symptoms all the time and get so worked up that all I do is cry. Now, my sensations may be MS, but they also may be stress related. I had a horrible few days right before it started, plus I have terrible trigger points and muscle issues that always give me migraines. I am wondering if this is a type of body migraine. Anyhow, I also have tinnitus so that's why I'm here.

Wow, Lisa thank you! Truth is that you have literally helped me out so much in your postings. I wasn't understanding much about what was going on with this new anxiety but after reading your threads I started to relate, so I signed up right away to comment!

How do I message you with a question and/or a story of my own?

I recognize a lot of your problems Lisa, tingling, numbness, dry mouth, tinnitus, muscle twitches, ...I have visited so many specialists, and gone true all tests available. They just can't find anything really serious. I suffer mostly during the night and especially in the morning. I wonder if your problems also are related to specific moments of the day.
I started lately the Frolov breathing therapy, hope to have some relief in the near future !

I have severe health related anxiety because I have so many horrible symptoms and they're all so overwhelming and seemingly never-ending.

If you met me you'd have no idea. And even my friends and family don't know how bad I have it. My wife who knows the most doesn't even realize how bad I have it. But I have health anxiety bad. I worry about getting cancer all the time, and I think every little health problem is worse than it is. I also Google every symptom and think I'm going to die within a few weeks lol.
The health problems are barrette disease (causes no problems but slightly increases my chances of gullet cancer) geographic tongue, bfs syndrome, OCD and tinnitus. all of which have a link to anxiety.
But to the outside world I'm a happy care free cheerful bloke. Which I mostly am. I'm just and anxious wreck sometimes.

I know how OCD and tinnitus can be reckless. I myself am in a very dark place with these symptoms
I have empathy for you @BobDigi and @Sen
Its also very difficult for others understanding when your symptoms are not visible.
