Hearing a Liquid Sound When I Plug My Ears via Tragus

So just now when I plug my ears via tragus, I hear a liquidish sound. Not sure what it is and was wondering if anyone else experienced this before. I was also feeling a bit clogged with my nose so it's possibly related.
