- Tinnitus Since
- 1 month.
- Cause of Tinnitus
- Unknown. Suspected HIT
Hey guys
Jed here from Jersey CI. About two months ago I began to experience stinging, itching, in the feet, ankles, arms and everywhere, worse in the evening after a meal. It does stop later in the evening and does not disturb my sleep too much. Not much usually in the morning. Around the same time, Tinnitus in the left ear. Continuous ringing, not too loud, and is possible to ignore if there is low to moderated ambient noise.
A recent blood test yielded negative for the usual candidates, diabetes, liver, kidney etc. I began to suspect HIT and after taking 1 anti-histamine tablet I was surprised to find that the itching abated. Obviously taking anti-histamines is not a long term solution and I haven't taken any more since.
Slight abdominal pain for a few seconds also, but nothing excrutiating. Could HIT and tinnitus be linked?
Anyone share these same symptoms?
