Hi everyone, my name is Dennis, I’m 65 years old.

I started to experience ringing and buzzing noise in April of this year. I discussed this with my ex-wife and she told me to plug my ear with my finger till it stops. Well, that didn’t work.

So... I read a bunch of stuff online about medicine, stress relief etc etc. Nothing helped.

One day I decided to hold my breath while plugging my ears and lo and behold the ringing and buzzing diminished. So I experimented and found that the longer I did this the more the tinnitus diminished.

I hope this helps at least one other person. Thank you for reading.

I would like mention also that the following spices helped me , turmeric, cinnamon, cumin, curry powder and ginger . I take these mostly for the Rheumatoid arthritis I have . I discovered by pure accident or perhaps good luck that butter chicken sauce that is sold in a jar (I forget the brand but they contain the same ingredients) really helped in reducing the tinnitus in both ears .
