Up and down,the tinnitus isn't my problem it's the HyperacusisWhere abouts on this green land of ours are you from?

Kerry I don't have H but T is a nightmare got it from sinus infection seeing an ENT Tuesday as I may have TMJ too haven't been diagnosed with anything yet

Hi Cillian and other Irish I have found cranio sacral therapy really helpful with tinnitus but am sure you have tried all kinds of things!
