I take about 9 vitamins per day. Is too much vitamins bad?

I've read it can cause gastric problems or could it make tinnitus worse?

Some vitamins are potentially ototoxic. Check the list to see which. Think ginger is one of them.

They say you should check in with a doctor, especialky if you already take prescriptions.

Alright, I will check out the list, thank you :) I don't take prescriptions but I have been taking many vitamins for a while and I think I should cut down on them.

I cut down a lot on them, and after a few months took a blood test for vitamin and mineral levels, and the levels were within the correct ranges. I have no idea if it helped my tinnitus, but it didn't hurt.
