Don't miss the opportunity to attend Tinnitus Quest's online Q&A with Dr. Susan Shore and Jon Pearson, CEO of Auricle on October 13. We will hear the latest about the Susan Shore Device.
I'm really worried right now and I know I shouldn't but I just had my filling sanded down and basically the dentist sanded down my real tooth a tiny bit. Can this mess up my bite? Is it safe to sand real teeth down????

Hi @Karam Lets just focus on the positive. Your dentist is a professional and has trained for many years and attends to patients everyday and hopefully without problems. Mistakes do happen but I doubt this in your case. Put the worry behind you and concentrate on enjoying life the best that you can. I will be seeing my dentist tomorrow for a tooth filling. The last thing I will be focusing on, is whether the drilling will make my tinnitus worse. The mind can be very powerful and that can be good and also be bad. Allowing negativity to take hold rarely makes us feel good. Try to calm down and relax.
