Leaving My House Today for 1st Time

I need to go to the ER today for some medical stuff but I haven't left my home in 3 months because of reactive tinnitus, noise induced brain zaps, hyperacusis, and visual snow/floaters/after images.

Just needing some positivity today. The ER is far and downtown Chicago is one of the loudest cities in the world.
