Light at the End of the Tunnel...

Working on the principal that everybody needs to see a light at the end of the tunnel, I took this picture this afternoon, while walking around the beautiful park where I live.
It reminded me of a conversation with one of my jazz mates.

Me. “You look a bit uncomfortable Pete?”

Pete. “Yea - trouble with me farmers.”

Me. “Farmers ?”

Pete. “Yea - me Farmer Giles - Piles.”

Me. “Can’t you get something done about that Pete?”

Pete. “Yea.
The Doc says he can treat it with laser surgery.
It may not be the perfect answer - but at least there’ll be a ‘light at the end of the tunnel...’”

 

Poor Pete, sounds very uncomfortable. I watched an episode of embarassing bodies about piles, looks horrific. You can get them clamped off too I believe.

Awe @Jazzer my favorite pass time. A tree lined path. I remember riding horses on such a path with my husband a few years ago in a beautiful place called Lake Tahoe in CA/Nevada.
