- High frequency hearing loss
I started getting mild ringing about a year ago. One day this year it got really bad. Did some research and tried the Lipoflavonoid and it seemed to quiet the ringing. Went to an ENT doctor and they did a hearing check. I have minor hearing loss in both ears at high frequency. He said that my brain is compensating for the loss. His only recommendation was a hearing aid or some kind of noise cancellation device. I have been using the Lipoflavonoid for about 3 months and it really helps, but is also a bit pricey as a long term solution.
Anyone have any other over the counter vitamins that are less expensive?

Countless stories, reviews and posts all available. B12 deficiency is a very common cause of tinnitus and supplementation cures it most of the time. Same with the effects of Bioflavonoids. Improving blood flow through nitric oxide production is one of the main ways people have lessened and even cured their tinnitus.
