Loud Noises (Children)

So I'm almost 2 weeks into my ears ringing from a loud concert. I can only hear the ringing when it's quiet.

I'm try to keep away from loud noises but I have a 1 year old daughter who loves to scream(high pitched) when she gets excited(which is all the time). I'm trying to keep up hope that this could be temporary but everytime she screams I feel like my chances diminishes.

Is this anything to worry about?

 

No one knows but if were you I'd simply wear ear muffs until things get better - which can take 6 months or more depending on age and damage
