Does anyone else experience this? My tinnitus goes from loud to soft to silent literally all day.. Fluctuating up and down.. weird staticky noises, get louder then softer.. My face will flush or if I'm really stressed out it gets super loud for a few seconds then comes back down.

      Please!

Loud noise exposure / headphone accident maybe?
      That's a good thing right?
Unless there is a big difference and it takes you by suprise ofcourse.
Mine is mostly quieter when waking up, and can stay "quiet" for minutes to hours.

Ramping up when I wake up in the middle of a cycle or when I am tired.

Silent meaning you literally cannot hear it? Count yourself lucky. If that is the case, there may still be hope for ever increasing periods of silence for you until maybe one day....

Yes silent meaning it goes away completely for a few seconds.. Ive had T 2+ years and its basically gone away up until 2 months ago.. Thought I was having a "spike" but now its 2 months of this up and down volume ..

Mine does that every now and then. It jumps really high then drops almost instantly with no T then comes back. Ive notice this only a hand few of times., since I've had it back in 2007. Could possibly mean that the auditory nerve is changing somehow.

Now that I think about it, it has happened when I've had spikes.

Was it just gradually fading for two years, or where there some sudden drops, followed by months of stable volume?
