I guess a good thing about getting these tinnitus spikes is that then the lower volumes of tinnitus are easier to deal with.

About a week ago, right before I went to bed I had a major spike most of the night. If I was to use a level of 1 to 10, I would call it a 12.

So now anything 8 and under doesn't bother me anymore.

Guess it is all relative. Hope your tinnitus continues to improve.

      Thanks.

It's been a tough few months with my new levels of tinnitus. Yep, I hope things continue to improve. I'm hoping a hearing aid that is coming soon will help even more.

It seems the more you're ok with it, the more you can forget it, and when you forget it, you can't seem to hear it. It's like you have to play mind games with the tinnitus.

Not sure how I could deal with a constant level 12 tinnitus, had to work on staying calm through that one.

Agree that the more it improves, the easier it gets for it to improve further. The hardest is to get it going to start.
