Mild Dose of Propofol Lowered My Tinnitus?

I had and endoscopy this morning @5am 9hours ago.. Since I awoke from the procedure I notice my tinnitus was veeeerrryyy quiet.... I had to share this... Has this happened to anyone else? Not sure this is the right section, if not please move it, mods.

 

What is endoscopy?

 

I think that's how it's spelled. But its when they put a camera down your throat into your stomach and upper digestive to check for problems. I have a few ulcers and that along with the teeth clenching along with some other stuff I won't get into. my doctor now thinks it's a parasite problem causing the t and not TMJ issues. I'm still getting a splint for my jaw but he's going to look further into the parasite side of things.. Apparently tinnitus and bruxism(teeth grinding/clenching) along with digestive problems are VERY common symptoms of a parasitic infection.

 

I also have parasite problem and had endoscopy for almost 6 years ago. I'm thinkin this could also be one of the reasons of my T.

 

Hi. Can you please provide more information in regards to what kind of parasitic infection this could be?
I also clench my teeth at night while sleeping, and have IBS.
I've been pondering if my sudden onset of tinnitus is just another symptom of something related to a parasite.

 

If you think so have them take a blood test/stool sample.. It's possible for them to hide from those test though as eggs aren't always passed.. I'm having a colonoscopy next week (docs idea) to check for tell tail signs or them or to maybe see them themselves.. Check it out don't give up

 

@Ecip I've had stomach upset/bloating/constipation/diarrhea for almost 2 years now along with clenching my teeth constantly when I never used to... If you get a flush face a lot that's another sign of parasites. I still have to get a splint though cause my jaw is off to the right.. Tinnitus is making me fix everything wrong with me.. Hopefully this shit goes away once I finally take care of myself

Flushed face.. Possibly. I do tend to have a reddish neck/face.
What kind of parasite?

 

I'm covered in tattoos face/neck/ everywhere so people don't like to upset me haha... But I am also very kind to my doctors so it surprises them and they always try to help me out.. It's not like that always though I had to change my general practitioner because she though she knew it all and refuse to send me to a specialist for almost a year... Glad she's gone haha

Wouldn not take this drug into consideration as a T treatment.

 

@matt89 I wasn't saying do it everyday brother, just saying that it appears that it has done something to lower the volume.. If it isn't permanent I don't plan on just knocking myself out with anesthetic daily haha... Just hoping it stay this quiet and was kinda taken aback when I noticed it so i figured I'd share
