My Little Grandson Put Something Plastic Deep Down in His Ear

When I picked Sebby up from nursery his teacher said he has put something in his ear and needs go hospital.

He got checked out and he has something plastic deep down in his ear that they could not get out and now got to be seen at ENT.

Just been chatting to my son and sebby on the phone it's a small piece of plastic tube down his ear....
Sebby said he was eating sandwiches from the shop and a biscuit and drink while waiting to get seen....

@glynis Since you mentioned the object your grandson inserted into his ear was deep down, I hope a physician at the hospital was able to easily remove the object from his ear and all is well now.

 

My younger brother got a piece of soybean inside his ear, and my mother found out when the bean sprouted. The ENT said that everytime he thinks he's seen it all, one of his patients comes up with something new.

He still has it in his ear as not heard off ENT yet.
Hubby said it's not nice waiting so long and going take him AnE tomorrow .
He's fine in himself and can hear ok.
He put something funny in my Birthday Card yesterday and had me laughing ...hes a ray of sunshine

Sebby went ENT to get the thing out he got stuck in his ear at school.
They could not get it out and needs a operation to get it out as stuck deep down his ear.
Poor little sebby he's my 4 year old grandson .

Just a follow-up. When is your grandson scheduled to have surgery to remove the object? It's unfortunate that he's so young and must undergo surgery but hopefully the situation will be resolved very soon.

Sebby was put under anasetic while they removed what he had put down his ear.
