It is disturbing that every time someone takes a break everyone immediately assumes, “they killed them selves.” Majority of the time they leave the forum and move on with their life.

Very late reply, but for those wondering what happened to that Lithuanian guy I just wanted to say that I'm still alive and update you on my life which is still in a never-ending downward spiral. I just found out that my 12-year-old cat has late-stage cancer and has only a few more months to live. My sister has expressed a wish for me to die and separated and turned her 6 and 13 year old kids against me, kids that I love and care for all because of some silly conflict about the money. I just wanted 5$ for video games out of 200 euros disability payment that I gave to her to live and support herself and this was her reason for treating me like garbage. So I have nothing left really, even my family except my mother thinks that I am a burden, a loser, and failure at life, suicide seems like the only logical choice right now. I am in a really dark place.

There is no worse feeling than the feeling of your family turning against you, it's not surprising though, the only two people who really cared about me, my father and my sister's husband, both people that always supported and helped me all their lives are dead. My mother and this forum are all I have left now. Honestly, I just realized what a horrible person my sister truly is recently when she said she was happy that her husband died because he was suffering from schizophrenia and was a burden to her so this is how my family treats members that are sick and suffering with a complete disregard for them as human beings. And this is is how they treat me a person with mood swings, anxiety, and constant suicidal thoughts just separate and get rid off me.

Sorry for ranting here and airing my dirty laundry, but I have nothing, no one to talk to, no one to express my pain and torturous condition.
On a more positive note, I just started to use Tru Niagen NR, thanks to the money my mother gave me and will update you all on how my experiment to improve my hearing goes. I am only on day 2 of this supplement, but the results are positive so far, I have more energy and it seems that some sounds like water and wind sound not louder, but clearer. Could be a placebo though, will see, I'm fairly young to take NR as I'm only 23, but I decided to try it after reading multiple reports on this forum about how it improved their tinnitus, hearing, and hyperacusis. I will update you all on the progress in the NR thread and MPP. If Nicotinamide Riboside doesn't work in about 4-6 months I will try BDNF 7,8-DHF.

 

My dear friend - love and support is only ever where you find it,
not where you might expect it to be.

When people have no respect for you you have to forget them and move on - find other sources of genuine approval.

They exist.

There are some great people on here who will show you their love and consideration.

When people fail us badly - we have to move on and find something, someone better.

I honestly don't. However I was on it before I ever even went. Funny you mention that because he asked me sorta the same question.
