My Success Story (So Far) — Tinnitus, Hyperacusis, TTTS

Oh my God. Our tinnitus is very similar. This article has given me hope. It has been 69 days since the acoustic trauma. I still hear my tinnitus everywhere. After how many months did your healing begin?

 

Do you hear yours over everyday noises? Mine was mild to start with but it has further reduced.

My anxiety towards it made it worse though. Once I'd accepted it and started to sleep better, everything gradually got easier.

 

Yes, unfortunately my ringing is so violent. Today is the 80th day, no improvement . I continue to wait patiently.

 

I know it’s hard, but you will adapt to the noise, and it might even reduce over time. But you’ll have to wait 18-19 months or so.
