My Tinnitus Has Changed from a Screeching Noise into a Tonal Ssssshhhh Noise

My tinnitus that was in my left ear is barely audible now and has been replaced with a tonal ssssshhhhh noise that appears more to the left side of my head (hearing it in the head) rather than the ear.

Has this happened to anybody else?

It’s louder but more bearable than the screeching noise I became accustomed to, I can hear it while driving.

 

I have the head noise as well and I hate it the most , but it changes a lot during the day.
Mostly it's a tone in the ear which I'm getting slowly used to

 

Yep mine went from tonal to tonal head hiss, worse in my opinion.

 

It was weird the other day, it suddenly stopped then I got a tonal beeeeeeeeeeep then after 1 minute reverted back to the more bearable hiss. I’ve had worse tinnitus in the past so I know it’s more bearable.

 

Mine has changed more to this deflating tyre sound. I used. To have this high pitch noise, I still have it but it seems to be more in background than before.

This is very strange. Maybe its a good sign.

 

Okay. For me it was like a teeny hole in my ear drum and air was shussing out. I could feel the sensation.
It went away after a week or so.

 

The ear tone of about 11000 Hz is bad enough but when feeling inside head, wooooo!....
