People with ETD, I'm reading mixed stories about using a Neti Pot. How was your experience?

Can you please supply more information if you answer the poll.

      ETD
I would say that the Neti pot helped, with the caveat that I believe my ETD was caused by a sinus infection. I was also taking nasal steroids at the time as well as astelin, and I didn’t start the Neti pot until after a round of oral steroids that had gotten rid of 80% of the inflammation, so hard to say whether the meds, neti, or time helped the most. I will keep using it in the future - I get sick a lot and think it’s a good tool to help fend off sinus issues.

      Cause of Tinnitus:
loud noise and very bad sickness
I use something similar to neti pot, for my sinus cleaning and it has no effect on my tinnitus at all. Sometimes (very rare), it clogs my ears up...but it goes away...

I had (or still have) some ETD induced tinnitus. Whenever I have bad tinnitus and I use a Neti pot it reduces for a few days until it clogs back up.
