   Cause of Tinnitus:

   stress/uncertain

   I have been told to put several drops of olive oil in my ears too remove some of the wax. I am uncertain if this is the right method or if I should use an ear syringe filled with warm water to remove the wax or both.
   
   I would appreciate your suggestions.

   I've tried both.
   The oil may soften it but the warm water flush absolutely works much better.
