Pain hyperacusis? We don't want to go there, trust me...
Also, forget about OnlyFans for a period if it spikes you :sneaky: :)
Yeah, @Exit is like the Oracle of Kattegat. He wasn't showering too often either. :)

Yikes my hyperacusis seems like it's getting as bad as yours. Where do you live? Did you make a quiet room? I live on a main street and noise is killing me. I dunno how to escape it. Wish I could teleport to 50 acres of land that is quiet as can be.

I live on a semi busy street but my house is pretty quiet, I usually only hear loud cars or loud high pitch break squeals if I’m closer to the door. To sleep I got window inserts and sleep on my side with an earplug in my ear facing up, which definitely helps a lot. And tbh people hate when I say it, my case is like so rare compared to most I’ve read. My noxacusis is aggressive and gets bad fast and doesn’t recover well. Only thing that helps is exercise and acupuncture. If you’re getting really bad pain from noise, yeah, gotta avoid it or it will worsen. If it’s more annoying and loud than painful, just be careful and it should be ok.

If it wasn’t for extreme pain I would be living more. Or if it was moderate pain lol. Ears suck man.
