Pain Medication: What to Take? What Is Safe?

I have killer cramps (sorry probably tmi!) and I've read that ibuprofen can make tinnitus worse. I haven't been taking pain medication at all and it spiked after I started to take cephelexin- I was wondering if I should take any pain meds? Cramps are really bad.

I take acetaminophen and ibuprofen when needed and haven't noticed any impact on my T.

Magnesium
Tumeric with piperine
Epsom salt baths
Cats claw
Tens

Heating pads and tylenol do it for me.
