I'm not going to go into the details more than what's necessary but I have a very dysfunctional family.

This has been going on for over 1.5 months now actually, I was given three medicines from the doctors, anti depressant, anti psychotic and anti anxiety medicine.

I decided not to take the anti depressants because one I worried would make my tinnitus spike, and anti psychotics are notorious for making people lethargic so I backed away from that as well. Leaving me with just the anti anxiety medicine.

My parent found out I was only taking the anti anxiety medicine and took it away from me and is now making up BS stories like I was abusing them which is NOT true. No matter how bad my anxiety was I only took two a day.

Now without my anti anxiety medicine I am having panic attacks, and manic phases more then ever and can't sleep for the past 1.5 months

I don't think I can relate to anyone here having tinnitus combined with an actual mental illness.

I'm sorry that you have to deal with additional health problems on top of T. How old are you?

You should talk with your parent and your doctor and tell them how you feel about the meds and see if you can work out a different approach. I'm not big on antidepressants, but I recognize that sometimes they are needed, and if you feel you don't need them you could suggest to your doctor and parent trying a more ''herbal'' approach first, such as St John's Wort and other natural serotonin boosters.

It might be hard to relate people on here because we may not have mental illnesses, but I still sympathize with you and hope you can find a way to manage your condition again. Good luck!

Interesting but no I am certain I am not mentally healthy.

I don't usually experience hallucinations but I do experience strong delusional thoughts that I give into, basically an extremely impaired sense of judgement combined with emotional disregulation as well. I have extremely strong emotions that can rapidly cycle from euphoric to depression and very strange emotions like high energy self destructive depression. I have an addictive personality in every sense of the word being really clingy to people I consider friends and rude to people I dislike.

It is common for people on the autistic spectrum to feel over/understimulated and have vivid imaginations.

It sucks though that your parents (your guardians, caregivers) have taken away your medication

It's really messed up for someone to hide your medication.

Sorry to hear that man, that’s not a nice thing to do. Have you been back to your psychiatrist to see if they would but you on a lower dose or change your anti-psychotics drugs, I know not all of them leave you feeling totally lethargic. Do you get out much? Excerise any?
