Can someone explain how long the acoustic reflex test takes? How many tones does the test consist of and how loud (dB) are the tones?

Did you all complete the whole test?

I had the test as well but after three tones I stopped it. It made my tinnitus louder in my right ear. Experts say the test can't damage hearing. But I really notice an increase. I had the test 12 days ago. I'm thinking about Prednisone or Dexamethasone.

I had a normal audiogram three days ago (nothing else) up to 8 kHz, and I feel like my tinnitus has spiked. Is that possible, or am I starting to lose my mind?

The strange thing is, I had another audiogram a month ago, along with tympanometry and an acoustic reflex test, and everything was fine.

I have been dealing with tinnitus for two months now, and I'm starting to wonder if I'm losing my mind.
