Question About Safe Decibel Levels

I was out in a noisy restaurant but not too loud. Now my T is worse. I feel like I did some damage but I don't think it was louder than 85 db in there. What is a safe level to keep things at now that my ear is damaged?

That's for a healthy ear.
You probably want to err on the side of caution.

 

I use a phone app to help assist with db. I very much doubt you did any damage . Do you have any ear plugs? I have a few invisible sets I pop if I'm uncomfortable.
