Ramsay-Hunt Syndrome and Hyperacusis

Question for the experts: is there any peer-led/reviewed literature on the treatment of hyperacusis in patients with Ramsay-Hunt syndrome? I guess these patients don't do well with TRT.

This is what so scary about Tinnitus every week someone put something you never heard of.it like the a family tree. Everything is different, nothing the same.

To answer my own question - there appears to be no literature on the management of RH patients with hyperacusis
