Ringing In Ear Began After I Listened to 8000 Hertz Sound Therapy on YouTube

So YouTube recommended me this video. After I watched some of it I went back to the YouTube homepage and I started hearing a ringing noise.

It's kinda of a light buzzing noise that goes on and off every few seconds. Should I be worried?
It's in my right ear, it started yesterday.

What causes it? Don't ask me why I listened to it I guess I was just curious.

It's bizarre you would listen to this if you don't experience tinnitus.

 

First of all, don't listen to it anymore! Second, it sounds like your tinnitus is fairly new and it's at its lowest sound levels. You need to do your best to protect your hearing and ears from now on. Michael is the biggest advocate for not using headphones and listening to loud sounds via it. I'd give my life to have what you have right now, please don't take this lightly....

Avoid loud places, avoid certain meds that can cause and increase tinnitus and avoid ignorant people that do not care or understand your situation...

Ok I have already made my mind up to never listen to it again yesterday it was constant today it's on and off. Hoping it will fade with time.

 

I do Have Puslatile Tinnitus in my Left Ear and your probably right in another video like that one people were having the same problem. I used to Listen to sound therapy before I knew what Puslatile Tinnitus was.
