Scared I Might Have Tinnitus, Not Sure What to Do

I have had a fever with a sore throat (seemingly coming from my ears to my throat) coughing and headache with body aches (headache and body aches went away after the first few days) for 5 or so days that has not gone away.

I started to have ringing in my ears for the past couple days (both ears) I have not seen any practitioner and am unsure what to do.

The thought 0f meniere's disease or long term tinnitus scares me please any information or suggestions of any kind.

Age 15

 

Please see an ENT about this as soon as possible. Talk to your parents. You might have an ear infection. Don't worry at this point about the Tinnitus, it might go away after the infection is treated.

Also for sure this has nothing to do with Ménière's disease
