Cause of Tinnitus
either neck problems or earlier slight injury to an ear?
When I keep real busy I don't usually notice it at all but sometimes I am tired of being busy! I want to relax. And I am sure everyone here notices that it gets louder when you are hoping for peace and quiet! I have found myself in a spot where I am a bit depressed about my life in general and not sure what I should be doing career wise etc and I think this bit of depression is making the T much louder. I watched a video here and that all made a lot of sense to me.

I was just told to try some massage around neck and ears but have read some negative posts about that here. I am wondering if there are massage specialists that might be able to help that way?

Lots of information here and I look forward to reading more of it .

Being so busy is a good thing. I get so busy with my activities and naturally I get tired. I don't have anymore energy to care or think about the tinnitus. Distraction is a great thing, it can really help out with the tinnitus....
