So there is some good news and bad news to this.
Good news is that I didn't have headphones strapped to my head to get to sleep. I did not have nightmares (been having TERRIBLE nightmares) and I don't think I woke up many times not able to get back to sleep. I also did not take a xaxax.
Kind of bad news is that I drank a lot of wine and that helped me get to sleep.
As pathetic as this sounds it is progress for me. I used to have to drink the wine or take xanax (NOT both) and still wake up in fits or have nightmares or not get to bed at all.
Oh I had on Keeping up with the Kardashians on TV. I KNOW people hate the Kardashians and I haven't watched an episode in YEARS but I have to say it is such a non stressful show so it is kind of good background noise or I can watch it while drifting off without getting so much into the show that I won't sleep. LOL does that makes sense?
