      I have a question.

One night I smoked about 12 cigarettes within 2 hours due to stress. Now I have had a spike for 3 days already. My tinnitus is much louder than it was before the smoking night, did I mess things up permanently?

Please help. I had pretty mild tinnitus.

Try to relax and stay calm and it should settle.
My view-the smoke could damadge your tubes over time and who knows what that could do if you already have tinnitus.
I have also read e-sigs can cause hearingloss.
      Love glynis x

E-sigs are not healthy, it's better to not consume nicotine. But vaping is much healthier than normal smoking. I quit smoking myself now i vape and i can really notice the difference.
