Soothing Sound for High-Pitched Tinnitus Noise

Hi Everyone

Found this on YouTube - works well to calm my tinnitus.

The T in my bad ear is 3 tones, one extremely high, similar to the other ear, but the other 2 are unmaskable and are down near 2k, I think a big ol rifle to the the noggin is the only thing that will permanently mask them! And I'm not even trying to mask them beyond doing that, because I fear trying to mask it may make it worse.

The frequency in that vid bugs my ears. Not good for me.
