Anyone else get this? Last night I had these spikes maybe 20-30 minutes each in addition to some fleeting T that kept coming on every 2 minutes or so alternating in ears. Usually my T is in my left ear but these spikes were leaving tones in my right ear which were freaking me out as they lasted maybe an hour (hard to say when your trying to sleep). All in all this happened three times during the night. Not sure if this was some long lasting fleeting T or a spike or both. How do y'all handle these? I kept telling myself that if I got through this it just meant I'd be mentally tougher the next time but I'm not so sure.

      Hi ,
Might be due to your ear pressure and triggering little spikes that will settle down again....lots of love glynis
